For carriers, wholesale, cloud, CDN & market-entry partners

Send a structured partner inquiry — engineer reviews within one Indonesian business day.

This form goes directly to LJN's partnership desk and engineering team. The more specific the brief — partner type, region, expected volume, target services and timeline — the more accurate the proposal you receive back. A real engineer reads it; not a marketing inbox.

Inquiries international partners typically have

How fast is the typical response?

WhatsApp acknowledgements usually within 2 hours during business hours. A first technical / commercial response — written by an engineer — typically lands within one Indonesian business day. Detailed proposals follow within 1 – 2 weeks.

Do we need to know capacity or budget upfront?

No. Pick "To be discussed / unknown" on budget and leave capacity blank if you're still scoping. We'll come back with a sizing recommendation based on partner type, region, and traffic profile.

Can we sign an NDA / MSA before scoping a specific opportunity?

Yes. Tick the NDA checkbox in step 06. We can run a parallel track — mutual NDA to enable detailed network and pricing conversations, with an MSA negotiated alongside while service schedules are scoped under it.

Do you support BGP, IPv6, and bringing our own ASN / prefixes?

Yes. We support BGP with IPv4 and IPv6, multi-homing, and customer-owned ASNs and prefixes. IRR validation and RPKI signing are part of standard onboarding.

Is the inquiry / proposal process billable?

No. Network assessment, on-net availability checks, and commercial proposals are free and non-binding. Contracts are only discussed once scope and pricing are mutually agreed.

What about field operations, customs, and remote-hands?

Field operations are part of what we offer. We have engineering presence across Indonesia and a coordinated process for receiving, customs-clearing, and racking partner-shipped equipment in our facilities.
